Wikipedia - Liga 3 (Indonesia)

Liga 3 (English: League Three) is the lowest tier in the Indonesian football league system organized by the PSSI. Formed as Liga Nusantara in 2014, this league occupies the third tier and consists of 2 rounds: provincial qualification—held in every province in Indonesia, and a national round, competed for by provincial qualifiers (the number varies between provinces). The PSSI typically delegated the task of organizing the provincial qualifiers to its members, the provincial football associations, while PSSI organized the national round.

History

The competition was established after Liga Indonesia Second Division and Liga Indonesia Third Division merged in 2014. Starting in 2015, the Liga Indonesia First Division was also merged with Liga Nusantara making it the third-tier level in Indonesian football system. Persatu Tuban won the competition's first season.

In 2017, Liga Nusantara was renamed to Liga 3, along with Indonesian Super League and Indonesian Premier Division which were renamed to Liga 1 and Liga 2, respectively.

**Indonesiai 3. Liga**

Az Indonesiai 3. Liga az indonéz labdarúgás harmadosztályú bajnoksága. A tornát 2014-ben alapították, és jelenleg 16 csapat vesz részt benne. A bajnokság győztese feljut a másodosztályú Indonesiai 2. Ligába, míg az utolsó két helyezett kiesik a negyedosztályú Liga 3-ba.

A bajnokságot három csoportra osztják, amelyek mindegyikében 8 csapat található. A csapatok oda-visszavágós rendszerben mérkőznek meg egymással. A csoportok legjobb két helyezettje továbbjut a rájátszásba, ahol kieséses rendszerben versenyeznek az előléptetésért.

Az Indonesiai 3. Liga fontos szerepet játszik az indonéz futballisták fejlődésében. Ez lehetőséget biztosít a fiatal tehetségeknek, hogy bemutassák tehetségüket, és megalapozzák magukat a magasabb osztályokban. A bajnokság szintén segít növelni a labdarúgás népszerűségét Indonéziában.
