**Welcome to the WBIT!**

The Women's Basketball Invitational Tournament (WBIT) is an annual post-season women's college basketball tournament for teams that do not qualify for the NCAA Tournament. The tournament was founded in 2019 and is organized by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA).

The tournament field consists of 16 teams, which are selected based on their regular season records and conference tournament performances. The teams are divided into four regions, with each region playing a single-elimination tournament. The winners of each regional tournament advance to the WBIT Final Four, which is held at a predetermined site.

The WBIT is a great opportunity for teams to extend their season and compete for a national championship. The tournament also provides a platform for players to showcase their skills and earn recognition from college basketball scouts.

**We hope you enjoy the WBIT!**
