Elite Two (or Cameroon Deuxième Division) called MTN Elite Two for Sponsorship reasons, is the second division of the Cameroon association football league system. It is organised by the Cameroonian Football Federation. Teams get promoted to the Elite One and get relegated to the Regional Leagues

A Kameruni Elite Two egy kameruni professzionális labdarúgó-bajnokság, amely a Kameruni Labdarúgó-szövetség által szervezett másodosztályú bajnokság. A bajnokság 18 csapatból áll, akik oda-visszavágós rendszerben játszanak egymással. A bajnokság győztese feljut az első osztályú Elite One-ba, míg az utolsó két helyezett kiesik a harmadosztályú Ligue Régionale-ba.

A Kameruni Elite Two-t 1961-ben alapították, és azóta az ország egyik legfontosabb labdarúgó-bajnoksága. A bajnokság számos tehetséges játékost adott Kamerun válogatottjának, köztük Samuel Eto'ót, Rigobert Songot és Geremi Njitap-ot.
