A Truman Állami Egyetem férfi kosárlabda csapata a National Collegiate Athletic Association I-es osztályú férfi kosárlabda bajnokságában képviseli a Truman Állami Egyetemet. A csapat hazai pályája a Harry S. Truman Kosárlabdacsarnok, amely Kirksville-ben, Missouriban található. A csapat jelenlegi vezetőedzője Steve Small.

A Truman Állami Egyetem Kosárlabdacsarnoka 2002-ben nyílt meg, és 6 000 nézőt tud befogadni. Az épület számos létesítménnyel rendelkezik, többek között egy 10 000 négyzetméteres edzőteremmel, egy súlyemelő helyiséggel és egy gyakorló pályával.

A Truman Állami Egyetem Kosárlabdacsapata megalapítása óta több konferencia bajnoki címet is szerzett. A csapat 2005-ben, 2008-ban, 2010-ben és 2012-ben nyerte meg a Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) bajnokságot. A csapat emellett négy NCAA Divízió II kosárlabda bajnokságot is nyert, 1994-ben, 1996-ban, 1998-ban és 2005-ben.

A Truman Állami Egyetem Kosárlabdacsapata több figyelemre méltó játékost is kitermelt az évek során. Az egykori Truman Állami Egyetem kosárlabdázói közé tartozik Kevin Ault, Darryl Dora, Brian Jones és Jeff North.
