FC Sheriff-2 Tiraspol is the reserve team of FC Sheriff Tiraspol. They play in the Divizia A, the second tier of Moldovan football. Despite winning seven Divizia A titles, they are denied promotion into the first tier solely due to the fact that Sheriff and Sheriff-2 can't play in the same division.
A Sheriff Tiraspol II a Sheriff Tiraspol tartalékcsapata, amely a moldáv B nemzeti bajnokságban szerepel. A csapat 2019-ben alakult, és azóta a B nemzeti bajnokság középmezőnyében szerepel. A Sheriff Tiraspol II legnagyobb sikere a 2021-es Moldáv Kupa döntőbe jutás volt, ahol 1-0-ra kikaptak az FC Sfîntul Gheorghe-től.
